Autumn Skin Tips

If you are anything like me your skin goes into panic during change of season, more breakouts and dehydration. Here are some simple change of season skin care tips:

1. Hydrate; Drink lots of water, 2 lt per day is optimal.

2. Moisturise; Don’t forget to hydrate from the outside too!!

3. Sun Screen; The sun can still damage your skin in Autumn and Winter, use a 50+ block out everyday.

4. Don’t over cleanse; This can dry you out, try a mild cleanser.

5. Ban hot water on your face…I know a nice hot shower is lovely when its cold but avoid hot water on your face!!!
